Persona invented the novel trailer and book video in 1988! It's not just for books anymore!
Such a hullabaloo! If only we'd patented the idea! Entire companies have been built on this simple idea. Of course the very best marketing ideas are often the simplest ones. Persona created the first novel trailer (book video) in 1988 to celebrate and promote an historical trilogy, The Song of Montsegur. Several companies over the next decade jumped on the "trailer" bandwagon. It's a bit out of control! But Persona still does it best, as seen in these novel, book and product trailers. Click on any of the icons below to view. Be patient if you're not on broadband! Note: Most of these videos are for our client Kunati Books, who can claim the "first" in book videos, even though Persona's creative director Kam Wai Yu is the artist.
